INVT GD20 OL2 Inverter overload

Possible causes

  • The acceleration is too fast
  • Reset the rotating motor
  • The voltage of the power supply is too low.
  • The load is too heavy.
  • Close loop vector control, reverse direction of the code panel and long low-speed operation

Recommended checks and actions

  • Increase the ACC time
  • Avoid the restarting after stopping.
  • Check the power of the supply line
  • Select an inverter with bigger power.
  • Select a proper motor.
